Basic Expectations

Once an order is placed, and the there are no items that qualify as a preorder, please allowed 2-4 business days for your order to be fulfilled. If an order contains a preorder item(s), please make a note to the seller about whether or not you would like all items to arrive at once or would like items to ship as they become available.

In the event all items are not available, such as running out of stock but the website not being accurate, we will inform you through email about why your order will take longer to fulfill or allow you to cancel your order and place it at another time. 

If for personal reasons we are unable to fulfill your order in the given time frame, we will message you and allow you to make a choice of how you would like to proceed.
